Tortola Hotel ?

Does anyone know (from experience) of a decent hotel/B&B in Tortola near the Moorings Base that doesn't require taking out a mortgage to pay for it? We are doing a live-aboard cruising class and are arriving the day before and staying over the day after and need a place to sleep 1 night on each end in November.

Hodges Creek Marina has a hotel attached with dockside diner. I've stayed there several times, nice place.

I've stayed at the Hodges Creek hotel before and it is nice (and the Calamaya bar overlooking the docks serves some mean happy hour drinks) but it is still a 10-15 minute cab ride to the Moorings base. I thought that the construction of the new hotel right at the Sunsail/Moorings base has finished and would guess that they would offer good rates. I like the Tamarind Club Hotel, just 10 minutes from the airport and a 20 minute ride to Moorings the next day. That is a good choice for the departing overnight as it puts you close to the airport.
