Title to Sailboat

I've owned my Beneteau 285 for 20 years and I'm getting ready to sell her <sigh>. I pulled out the documentation on the boat and I don't see anything that is a "Title". I've got current USCG Documentation, a notarized "Bill of Sale", and a notarized letter "Satisfaction of Preferred Ship Mortagage". I don't recall if I ever had something that looked like an auto "Title".

The USCG documentation form is the equivalent of a state boat or car title.
