Tinker Tinkeress

I recently brought a Tinker Tinkeress the Catameran version of the Tinker Tramp/Traveler. It was brought new and has never been in the water. The lasy owner brought it in 1983 Earls Court Boat show at the time the patent was still pending. I have searched online but, found nothing. Has anyone elce ever seen one or have any information about them.

At 35 years you have to be concerned with how well the fabric is holding up. But more so, if the seams are glued (as opposed to welded) the glue may be failing from old age.

Tinker owners generally loved and praised them, but at 35 years...I'd inflate it ashore first and see if it held.

I inflated it and all is well it is rock solid. I will post some pictures when I next inflate it.
