Sounds racist. I wouldn't expect this sort of behavior in a thread centered on guns...

Its sarcasm holds the only condition where my statement makes sense.

You can't just throw out the word "sarcasm" to invalidate any argument against "it".

You are supposed to abide by the laws of the country your vessel is flagged under and if that country does not recognize capital punishment you can't hang pirates....that said you are allowed to defend your vessel.

Well then since my ship will be U.S. I'm gonna shoot every pirate that threatens me. "walk softly and carry a big stick" Theodore Roosevelt.
So I won't go looking for a fight, but I'll be ready for one, just in case.

I'm all for gunning down pirates, but then you give up your rights to the authority to determine who's a pirate. A classic compromise history has repeated.

How would you do that after your guns have been confiscated by any number of countries beforehand.

I have an M4 just like his. My kimber will reach out and touch you at a thousand yards. Better to die trying than to die begging. Just my opinion, I could be wrong -but I'm NOT!!! The .45 will take ample care of those who would care to try boarding....
