Taking Advanced ASA Courses in the Tropics

Does anyone have any recommendations on locations in the tropics to take the advanced coastal cruising course from the ASA? Living near the San Francisco Bay, I figure it would be more fun to be out some place warm rather than get beat up in coastal northern california. I'm thinking loosely of any place in the BVI, Florida keys, even San Diego would be a big improvement... Game for anything abroad too (not knowledgeable how much ASA courses are offered outside the US).
