Table for Cockpit / Cabin ?

I was hoping someone out there would be able to help me in my search for a table for my Folkboat - IF Boat.
I've noticed that some Folkboats (IF) have tables that fit down below and also in the cockpit (through fittings in the floor).
Does any know where these can be purchased etc.

Also, while I'm on the subject of asking for equipment advice, does anyone know where I can get the cleats the are used on Folkboats (teak rod thru metal cleat)?
