I would always recommend Gary Frankovitch, Accurate Marine Surveys Inc., Jacksonville, Florida, USA - Gary Frankovich, SAMS® AMS®

He's located in Jacksonville but regularly travels to see boats (he'll actually travel anywhere on the planet, but you'd be paying for it...). He does within 85 miles of Jax at no mileage fee. But even if you had to pay it would be worth it.
