Super typhoon in November in Philippines area

October normally has no typhoons already. But this year stalk have so many. Almost one after another.
This super tycoon is hugh and the max guts is 350km per hours. The radius is tremendous when u look at the satellite photo.
It build up need fiji which is rear. And track all thx way to Philippines south china sea. And time vietnam now...
Hope no one catch in this storm.
Weather pattern seems changed a lot.
How time plan for long term sailing....
