Storage Yard - Venezuela to Panama

Good morning,
Can anyone recommend a Sailboat storage yard on the Venezuelan or Panama (Caribbean) coast for longtime (11 month) on the hard storage. Preferably inexpensive and secure. Sorry I am still under the influence of last nights party.

puerto la cruz, cmc ,venezuela.
chagaramus ,trinidad, power boats is the best,and cheapest,secure,easy flights
spanish water,curacao,guardianage in the water,fairly safe,cheap.
panama yacht club,miraflores,panama,hard stand,safe,just can be very wet.

Definitely Chaguaramas , Trinidad. I wouldn't leave anything of value in Venezuela these days...
