St Lawrence river

Hi All,

Just bought a boat on Lake Ontario and will be bringing it down the St Lawrence river this summer.
Wondering if anyone has done this before that would like to chat and give me some idea what the locks are like etc?

Love the idea. I'm originally from Montreal now in Oz. 'Sailed' a boat from Peterborough to Monte as a teen way back in the 70s. Most of it was motoring. Took down the mast once as a precaution near the lift locks in Peterborough. Rest was easy sailing / motoring.
