No battery drain from a Tiller Pilot, it's all free and will hold something like the set course until wind direction or strength change too much. The watch can relax to monitor course wind and weather with trips to the stove etc more relaxed. Looks good to a novice. __________________ Ex Prout 31 Sailor, Now it's a 22ft Jaguar called 'Arfur' here in sunny Southampton, UK. A few places left in Quayside Marina and Kemps Marina.
