Here is a report that I've had lots of fun comments about. Tortola & Virgin Gorda (BVI) - Local Reports (Caribbean Hurricane Network)

Check out the April 5 report.

It actually occurred as stated

During non Tropical Storm season, this 10 year + blog has lots of readers. I supply some of the color reports occasionally as a correspondent at large in the Virgin Islands
