Sailing vessel purchase surveyor in Cape Town, South Africa

I am looking to purchase a 47' monohull sailing vessel in Cape town.
My bank stipulates that the finance of the boat is dependent on a successful condition survey and sea trial carried out by a NAM/Sams or ABYC surveyor.

Does anyone have a surveyor they can recommend in Cape Town.
I have no luck finding a pleasure craft surveyor via Google

Even if they are not registered with these organizations, please let me know. In that caser I have some more hoops to go through, but I still think it would be ok.

I've had no luck finding a NAM/Sams or ABYC surveyor in South Africa, and today I heard from the bank that they will not accept any other qualified surveyor.
I won't go into how crazy this is ( the guy I did find is doing surveys for Loyds, so you would think he is qualified), but it is what it is.
Where do I find a surveyor that will actually travel to Cape Town for the Survey?

Is there an organization that will be able to advise on this?
