Sailing from Cape Horn to South Brasil

I have a sailing catamaran (Dawn Treader 48 feet), and have been sailing the last 3 years from Miami to Cape Horn.

At the moment it is located in Puerto Williams (Chile),

Could somebody inform me about the best time to sail from Pto. Williams to south Brasil and which ports or places are the most safest and recomended to arrive and leave my boat for some month ??'
