Does anyone know of a sailboat 30-35' in length that could be rented in south Florida for one to three weeks or so in or around February 2016.

There are a number of companies that do bareboat charters in south Florida. Is that what you are looking for? If so, I would say to pick an area and do a google search for bareboat sailing charters.
