sailboat insurance East Coast & Caribbean

Hello Fellow Cruisers,

I'm a US resident and want to purchase sailboat insurance covering US East Coast and Caribbean. This sounds easy enough but is proving difficult to do.

If you are a US resident and have such a policy, please tell:
a. the broker you used
b. the insurance company underwriting the policy
c. your experience with claims
d. the annual cost as a percentage of boat value
e. limitations placed on you by the policy

State Farm offers a "coastal policy".
Insures more boats than any other company, yes, including BOATUS
All waters Canada to Florida
