refurbise isotherm fridge any advice ?

going refurbise an existing old isotherm water cooled fridge with an identical Isotherm 2554.

Has a water thru hull which cools the fridge.

Any advice on refurbising it ?

I plan to

1. Change compressor and controller

2. Add zinc to existing thru hull. Existing hull has a section broken off but as boat is in water I do not see any way to replace thru hull with water in water.

3. Using existing evaporator and piping.

Thanks for any advice,
