Recommend a Surveyor--Florida Central Atlantic Coast

About to put in an offer on a Gulfstar 44. Located in Cocoa, Florida, just across the Indian River from Merritt Island. Would rather not use the listing broker's surveyor. Who would you recommend?

My preference would be someone who doesn't mind talking to the purchaser, and saying stuff like "this is good for now, but should be replaced within the next 5 years."

Ceal is She. Full name is Cecile Potts most likely. Contact her and she can give you her credentials. She used to teach surveyor classes so she is fully qualified. Plus she goes up the stick which many won't do.
