I have an e95
Raymarine chart plotter at the
wheel that works just fine. I want to get another one (used) to have installed at the Nav station and link the two. But my electronic guy is discouraging me saying that
Raymarine no longer supports these units, which is true, and that I am better off getting two new units. But the there is a very substantial difference in cost; thousands of $.
Does anyone know of any firms that support the older Raymarine units? I ask as "back in the day", when Datamarine was no longer making products, there were a few independent firms that supported those units. Are there firms that do the same now for older Raymarine units?
