The short answer is no you can't.
The longer answer is that you can refill local tanks
there so if you can come up with a hose to connect your tank and a local tank you could drain a local tank into your tank. This presumes you bring an extra hose with a normal fitting for your tank at one end, some hose clamps and can find an appropriate hose end to attach to the free end of your hose. Alternatively bring a single
ended hose, with a coupler at the other end. Cut a local hose and hose clamp that to the coupler. Since Rapa Nui is a Chilean possession the probably use Chilean connectors so you want to research
what the standard connector in Chile
Talk to a propane
supplier about how to get one tank to drain into the other.
