Partnership/fractional sailing

I have noticed that fractional sailing is really taking off. i was one of the first member/owners when it was done with sail time a long time ago with no issues and now there are many companies out there and now looking to do it again just as a user. Boat owner takes x amount of money for x amount of slots. usually shared with 7 people. i am surprised that more owners are not looking into this as a source of income with less persons say 2 or 3. this could easily cover the boat mortgage and more. i even found a program for private partnerships use. I agree as in previous threads sailing together dose not work but form Esperance fractional sailing seems to. Maybe with fractional it works because a company runs it?

Please share the partnership program you found. This could encourage me to go back from charterer to owner!
