Opinions on type of sailboats

Hi new to this forum but I am looking to purchase a sailboat fairly soon I have three I would like some experienced opinions on. Don't worry I will not be offended, just kicking tires for now. but these have interested me because I will be living on and cruising some. I am very experience on a MV and have taken one fro Ft. Lauderdale to St. Lucia. [Never do that again]. But treat me like a novice when giving good or bad opinion.

I am looking at others would be sailing in and around Gulf and Caribbean area. Also, what crew would you think two to three. None of these are single handlers.
