But does it also mean that the other part like transducers are in the boat?

• Compasses: Do not require any external parts. They may have power going into them for light.
• ST50 Speed: I believe requires transducer. It's just a speedometer and timer so unless you race I don't recommend replacing this. Just use your nagivation GPS for monitoring speed.
• ST50 Depth: Requires transducer, you could try replacing just the head unit (maybe the transducer is still good?). It is important to have a functional depth sounder if you ever plan on anchoring. https://www.ebay.com/itm/ST50-DEPTH-...n/324078976399
