Newport Bermuda Race
The race will be starting today around 1300 (if it isn't delayed)

Two Volvo 70's are leading the race (present speed 16.4 knots) with a Gunboat Catamaran just behind

Young American - Gambler (R/p 63) is staying true to his name and is separating from the fleet headed almost due East hoping for a special breeze on that side before the fleet gets it

A Cal 40 ' Nicole ' is first in it's class at the moment...…..

These boat were built between 1963 and 1971
