New Compac 23' Pilot House

Hi folks - Am new to this Forum. Am a latecomer to sailing and am beyond the racing, even though I want to race my #7584 Lightning "project boat" when I finish her.

Am curious what you folks know about the new Compac '23 Pilot House sailboat that got such accolades this past year at the boat show">Annapolis Boat Show. It seems to be a very practial well designed crusing boat that won't break the bank new and is very trailerable friendly. Also am curious about what else I should be looking at that compares in price and utility to this model. Value perspectise of others... Thanks much. Bob
