PS, the forum needs an upgrade. It should handle pictures from iPhones without rotating them like that. There is orientation information encoded in the picture. I believe.

That's not a forum issue, its an iphone issue (probably the worse phone out there) I can take the same pic on my iphone as my samsung (work and personal phone) and most of the time the iphone will rotate it for what ever reason it wants!

that’s because of the orientation you had the phone in prior to taking the picture. Picture rotation information is encoded in the picture itself.

Thanks friend. I’ve been lurking for some time. I finally got up the nerve to register but nothing annoyed me enough to post until now. Lol.

Seems the only thing Florida has more of than tourist is derelict boats.
