need info on obscure boat

I'm looking for info on a Canadian built boat called a skate. From what I can tell it was built or designed by something called Dessin Wave, the fast, narrow planing hull is about 14'long with an unstayed mast and flys only a main. There are wings with trampolines for hiking out, a retractable centerboard, and kick up rudder. This looks like it was designed to be some sort of class race boat. A friend of mine has one and we're trying figure out a few things about the setup. I'll get pics when I can.
