Nautical 56 Ship

Good morning or night to everybody.
I´m the owner of a Nautical 56 boat which original name was The Wild Catter.
I bought it in Spain witn Panama´s flag .
I want to move flag and authorities are demanding me the " original construction certificate " of the boat.
I khow that it was designed by Steve Seaton for a company ( Nautical 56 corporation ) which I don´t think it exists.
If any body could help me I will be please to invite you for a ride in Spain if you are visiting us.

What you're looking for is the "Master Carpenters Certificate." It was probably filed in Panama when the vessel was flagged there so you may be able to get a copy from Panamanian Maritime Authority; I'd start here: HOME
