My new to me Boat

Hi all
Just a little while ago I got my boat, but cannot find much History. It was build in Finland in 1972 as KOHINA and then renamed GRACE then back to KOHINA and exported to Denmark in 2006.
And it´s a Britton Chance 44`Ketch
Does anyone have some knowledge of this boat ? anything wil be welcome.
