Moorings/Sunsail boat owners, did you get a heads up that parent company ownership changed?

I wonder if there are any "change in control" clauses in their guaranteed monthly revenue contracts that alter the terms of the agreement.

KKR just closed the deal a few months ago and I imagine now have a big job on their hands maintaining liquidity.
