Mooring/pile for rent or sale in Auckland nz

Hi, we've just recently sailed into Auckland, NZ. We have just finished sailing across the pacific with our three young children and are looking for a secure place to keep our 12m sailing yacht. We would be interested to hear from anyone with moorings or pile moorings for sale or rent. Any other suggestions welcome.

The auckland City council advertises moorings for rent, not sure how often they are updated though here's the link to their page
