Modem - scs ptc-iie

We recently purchased our yacht and it was fitted with the PTC-IIe to an Icom Radio (IC-M710). The previous owner left us with the users manual (for version 2.9) but not the two discs that would have been included in the packaging list.

I am looking for a bit direction here on how to get this older email package operational. Cheers
