MAXI77 engine compartment bilge water?

Hello all

I have recently bought a maxi 77 and when examining the engine bay noticed a bit of water on the left as looking in which I think must have been rain water from leaky cockpit cover or something. There was also some water and oil in central bilge though not much.

The main manual bilge pump was not producing anything so just a bit in engine compartment, MD5A Volvo penta.

Is this anything to worry about, I am new to keel boats and used to dinghies and things so perhaps a dry bilge in engine compartment is not something I should expect?
