Luddite needs copy of Racor Programmable Timer Operating Instructions
I have been on the hard for 2 years for a major refit (part time) anyway, I will be back in the water 5th April.
One of my first projects was a fuel polisher using a Racor FPM-050 and Programmable timer – FPM-PTC-12 – I guess I commissioned it OK as I could hear fuel splashing back into the tank, job done I switched off the unit.
Some 2 years later, I switched on the unit – no splashing – I am guessing it has an airlock, but before I strip it and no doubt get a mouthful of diesel, I wanted to check the programmable timer, to make sure it is functioning Ok, but IOM was nowhere to be found, call to Racor was decidedly unhelpful – we discontinued the FPM-PTC-12 some 2 years ago and we do not have a copy of the IOM.
My web search has yielded little, except the sales literature that states that the unit is intuitive – well it’s not to this Luddite!
Maybe I thought someone on this forum has a copy of the FPM-PTC-12 programming instructions and they may scan me a copy.
Thanks in advance
Pete
