Looking for Bill in NC....

Hey everyone!! I'm desperately looking for Bill Leggett in NC, goes by the name hearsejr. I had his #, but its no longer on....
He has my sailboat, and the papers were stolen from my house. I need to get the info from my boat, and make sure no one has picked it up.
I also need to make arrangements to get it myself...
its frustrating....

its a 1983? sailboat, macgregor, 25'.
or u can just send him a message.. explain that I'm trying to get a hold of him and he can email me the info...
