I think yoiu´re referring to Carlos. He is indeed ready to help all us visitors...but at 15E per hour while he drives your LPG tank around, not a great bargain.

Several of the Tejo marinas in Lisbon are now closed for dredging so there´s no room at the others for transients. Cascais is the only transient option for the next 8 months, it appears. However, we just hauled at a fantastic shipyard (the yacht side of the biz is called Tagus Yacht Center) I can´t recommend highly enough. WHOOSH is parked next to one of your sisterships...but a 30 kt, 150 passenger ferry is on the ways and the Funchal ferry is in the floating drydock. They do it all here...and at reasonable prices.
