Learning to sail in Greece?

Hi - I'm new to sailing and I've been bitten, I'd like to learn how to sail with my wife. After research I've decided to start with a competent crew course (wet the wife's appetite ) and looking at Greece.
I would appreciate information from anyone who has taken this route and can recommend a location or company. alternatively if you're thinking this is not the way to go I'd appreciate your input.

Ultimately I will be looking to get ICC and spend more time sailing in the Med...
