After years of research, test driving, saving and all that other stuff the Admiral and I have finally pulled the trigger and closed on our new sailing yacht!!!!

It is truly a dream come true for me and part of me is still coming to grips with the fact that it has really happened. We have owned the boat for a few weeks now and have already put 300+ miles under her keel sailing from Belfast Maine to Newport. We will continue south in a few weeks and hopefully arrive in Annapolis for the boat show and then really have some fun outfitting.

I want to thank everyone on the forum who has taken the time to respond to my questions with some really great advice. I am sure there will be many more in the future.

Oh and I almost forgot the boat is a 2004 Beneteau 50 two cabin two head with all the trimmings in Bristol condition! I'll try to attach a few pics.
