Insurance without survey?

I have a 1964 sailboat. This is in regards to carrying liability. Had progressive for a number of years no survey required. Eventually I aged out. Long search but now get insurance through Edward Williams as above post. No survey. Picture and a form with your information all required. Insurance company is not in USA. Just be aware

Try State Farm on that insurance. It’s a great deal and very reasonable. We are in Kemah, TX and several people on the dock have saved an avg. of
1 to. 3 k.

I’ve had two different sailboats over the past 40 years. A 30’ Lancer sloop and my present boat a 2005 Beneteau 373 which I bought brand new.

I have been with Allstate the entire time and I’ve never been required to have a Survey. I do have my Homeowners policy and car with them also. The rates are very good and as my Beneteau got older they adjusted my premiums to reflect a lower value of the boat. (At my request)
