Importing a Boat from USA into Canada

A couple of years ago I had a boat moved by road from Texas to Atlantic Canada with the intention of keeping the boat in Canada long term. I paid GST at the Canadian border upon entry and have the paperwork for same. My question is what (if anything) further do I need to do to be able to claim the boat has been imported? Paying PST in the province is probably one remaining thing. (Didn't pay PST because boat has only been stored on the hard; not yet been in the water.) Is there anything else? The boat is still USGC registered which I've retained as proof of ownership.

Register(or license) with transport canada. They will let you know if you are missing anything.
