how do i get a picture attached to my e-mails?

I can probably help, but I need to understand the question. Do you mean, email email, or are you refering to your posts. If you mean email, what system are you using (i.e. outlook, lotus etc.)?
If you mean posts, look below where it says "Attach file:" click on browse, then find the location of your pics, and select.
