You are %100 correct on the "NO" customer service, just try and find a number to call the company.
Try an email direct to Highfield in Taiwan or try "Co2 inflatables" in Ontario. I got instant help from those but the US dealers need a kick in the a&@

Zar Mini information request

Hello fellow boaters,

Well, it is that time again to upgrade my dingy. Recently, I was looking at a Zar Mini 11' at Inflatable Boat Pro in Ft Lauderdale. I was very impressed with all the options and the price.

Does anyone own one of these and can you tell me about the boat? I would love your review and recommendation.

Regards and thanks in advance,
Billy on Bye Polar

Re: Highfield Dinks? Info/Opinions Wanted!

We have just taken delivery of our new Highfield 310, and it looks great. One issue though: The max engine power rating is 20 hp; but, I just noticed in the owner's manual that the Max Allowable Engine Weight is 42 kg - i.e. 92 lb. Most, if not all, 4 stroke engines in the 10 - 20 hp range weigh more than this. Our rope start Honda 15 weighs 104 pounds. Has anyone noticed any issues with motor weight; is this weight limit correct? The max. motor weight for the next size dinghy - CL 340 - is 154 lb.
