Helping my neighbor

I am trying to help my older next door neighbor. He has a boat in his driveway he would very much like to sell. He can't tell me all that much about it. He said it is a 1968 20' sloop. He said it was an "Aurthmer" (No idea how to spell that.) My husband and I have been online trying to learn anything about it to help him. I have the CF number if that would help. I was searching around online and came across your community. Don't know if anyone can help - but I would certainly appreciate it!

I think it's an Arthur Marine Balboa 20.

I would agree, that sure looks like it, and Arthur Marine could easily be twisted into "Aurthmer."
