Help choosing a clutch or cam cleat

For
  • 6 x reefing lines
  • 1 x halyard
  • 1 x full main outhaul
  • 1 x topping lift
First problem is the rated load ? What capacity do I need. I don't have an accurate size of the sail but a guess would be 50-55sqm (550sqf).

I want to be able to release them loaded
I want to be able to tighten the line when the clutch is closed

I like best bang for buck products.... Good quality but not pay a premium for a name or bling.

I only need to hold 1 set of reef lines at a time so if I could lift out one set of lines and put in the next pair without having to feed them through I can reduce the number of clutches to 4.

Two could be clutches one each for Halyard and Topping lift and two could be cleats, cleats just for the reefing lines and the outhaul.

Are there cam cleats on steroids that can hold the tension I need ? Some cam cleats I found have a SWL of 500lbs / 226kgs but some clutches have SWL of 600kgs where the lines have SWL of almost 3000kgs.

How much is safe ?
