Wait until end of June then call them back. Northeast yards launching their own fleets right now, likely too busy and hard stand space at a premium now. Most won't tie up a lift and throw another boat in the way when their fleets need launching, especially if there's no money to be made off you.

thanks it is not so much time as realize yards are straight out right now it is more i want to do my own work including bottom painting it has been a few years since our last boat and it seems most yards now are under very strict regulations when it comes to bottom paint or so they say.

You might be able to work something out with Ralph Packer. He owns the marine railway next to MV shipyard. Have you talked to the guys at G&B? Perhaps they have room behind the Tisbury marketplace where you can set up. You can also try giving Russ Wendt a call. He has his own boat hauling business.

Packers might be easiest as you won't have to unstep your mast.

Goodluck, I grew up on the island and know how absurd the prices are down there.
