Greece Sunsail Flotilla Check-Out

Hello,
We are doing a Flotilla with Sunsail in Greece. Can someone share what the competency test is like when you check out the boat? It has been many years sense I have sailed, but have been reading all the ASA books to prepare.
Thanks,

Where in Greece? When I did a bareboat charter from their Ionian base, I saw a flotilla preparing to go out and the staff were having some of the people practice/learn raising the mainsail while at the dock.

The Ionian base (Vounaki) is a level 0 on their scale

I think they get a feel for you and then apply their relevant "test".

Do you sound like you know what you are talking about? Are you asking the right questions etc. Then they tailor the test to just going over the specifics of the boat.

We recently chartered in Tonga and I swear that the main had not been raised past the second reef in a year. We shook out both reefs and had a great time.

when i see a sunsail boat i start the engine and move away as far and fast as possible...

couple weeks ago saw a whole fleet (port solent?) of them doing practises and guess what NO one was wearing a life jacket!

any how i think that the skills is very low to take out a sunsail boat, money is business.
