Google mapping of the waterways

Google has begun mapping the waterways. In spite of a news article that claims they have done some of Ft Lauderdale, I couldn't find it. I did find this brief section in Cozumel:

https://www.google.com/maps/@20.4671...!3m1!1e3?hl=en

Put your cursor on the middle of the inlet and click, then click the photo that is in the pop up box, you will get a ride with a center console entering the marina.

Just like street view.

Re: Google mapping of the waterways

They've done this with the East River and Hudson in NY as well

To check if your favorite spot has been 'googleviewed', just google the location, once the map loads, drag the little yellow guy near the bottom onto the map, all 'street view' trails will highlight to light blue, drop the yellow guy (actually the dot hanging from him) on the trail you want to view

edit: here's Ft Lauderdale
