Good liveaboard DIY boatyard in Tampa FT Myers area

Hi to all. I am a new member and also I am new to the great US of A. I will be in the Tampa/Fort Myers area soon to do some maintenance on my new boat (mmm....well old boat but new to me). I was wondering if anyone knows of a good place that has the liveaboard option and DIY option but also has the necessary tradesmen around, chandlery etc when you need them.
