Free EV Charging
In celebration of Earth Day, Electrify America welcomes any electric car owner to juice up their EV for free: The company is providing completely free EV charging on the day meant to draw awareness to keeping the planet clean.
All 589 of Electrify America's fast-charging stations are 100% free to use until midnight PT (3 a.m. ET) on Friday, April 23, when they'll revert to asking for payment. The Volkswagen Group subsidiary operates across the US and has 2,500 DC chargers available for use. Its network will continue to grow to 800 charging stations by the end of 2021 with 1,000 additional plugs available.

Re: FREE, or close to free!

I had to look a couple of times to convince myself not to do it...

1973 Charles Morgan Sailboat! ... Sails in good condition including spinnaker, needs outside/inside paint and some TLC. Diesel Fuel, engine runs, though needs some work. Sea worthy, in water. FREE to first person who wants her.... great boat.

Re: FREE, or close to free!

I don't know if this one's been on here before. I suspect all the Aussie CF members who might be interested already know about it, but, for what it's worth, here's what looks like a good start on a major project.
https://www.gumtree.com.au/s-ad/arta...ay-/1263329209

Edit: Looking again at the ad, it's claimed to be a Roberts Mauritius 43, but the keel and skeg don't seem to quite match this https://sailboatdata.com/sailboat/mauritius-43, and is that hull ferro under the paint? Neither issue is necessarily bad in itself, but worth noting.

looks like it could be rescued, but the scum line inside the cabin looks worrisome

It wouldn’t worry me, it’s all fiberglass on the interior a good scrub down should clean it all up. I am not seeing any wood.

A quick pressure washer job and its all good.
The advantage of a fiberglass insert

1973 coronado boat 41foot- project boat/airbnb. Does not sail (Sacramento, Ca)

I thought that I had posted this boat last week, but I must have deleted the post without saving.

I have no idea why people think that you can take an old messed up sailboat and turn it into an AirBnB? I see this fairly often. Here's another one: https://miami.craigslist.org/brw/boa...300155793.html

Elizabethean Sailboat 29.9

Probably not worth it with all the "fees" that he's charging for a free sailboat, but I figured that I'd show it anyway. You be the judge. Could be a sturdy little boat depending on condition.

FREE Cal 9.2 FREE

Seems like I may have seen this posted already, but I couldn't find it in a quick search. If it's a duplicate, I apologize. It was a pretty little boat at one point. Who knows what it's like now? It would be nice to see some current pictures.

Salvage Boat (Bordentown NJ)

Looks good on the outside. Not sure what the issue is, interior, motor, both?
