Re: Fla
feet vs fathoms.....used to be feet not fathoms inland, but these arent really inland waters, hence the questions...

Re: Fla
Gordo, I met the author on the Trawler Forum. He's in town now waiting for a weather window to jump over to Bimini. He needed some fuel filters so I delivered them and got a copy of the book as a tip. He offered my usual tip, sandwich and beer, but I didn't have time to stay. Chuck and Susan are nice folks who have done a lot of sailing and are now cruising in a trawler. I think he's working on a book of anchorages for the Bahamas.

It's a dirty job but somebody's gotta do it. It's so hard right now sitting in Bimini looking at the full moon, trying to decide where to go tomorrow. Woe is me.

No...you can shoot 'em in the daytime too. Just need to be sure to have a clear story (witnesses help, but not really required)

If you use non-lethal rubber shot shells you can shoot 'em up to 5 times. They're expensive but it feels good. Damn! I luv 'Merica.
